Position Overview: As a Junior Sales Executive in a freight forwarding company, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your primary objective will be to promote and sell the company's freight forwarding services to clients and businesses involved in international trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, and networking with industry professionals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting the company's services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's freight forwarding services, including air, sea, road, and rail transportation, customs regulations, and documentation requirements.

Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas of opportunity and maintain a competitive edge.

Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, highlighting the company's unique value proposition.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and exceptional service delivery.

Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM systems or other relevant tools.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and market insights to provide valuable input for service improvement and product development.

Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Candidate should have 3 years of experience in freight forwarder or Ocean carrier and freight forwarder should have valid Fmc Number.
• Strong knowledge of international trade, freight forwarding concepts, and logistics operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000.00 - $49,279.07 per year
